Security distributor e92plus has signed a deal with Barracuda Networks to distribute the Barracuda Spam Firewall family of products to the market in Europe. The distributor will add the hardware appliances to its product portfolio for resellers in the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.
The Barracuda Spam Firewall works by removing the load from email servers by off-loading both spam and virus filtering. It is available in four models and has no user licensing fees. The appliance can be installed in front of the email server in less than five minutes and is automatically updated hourly to block new forms of spam and viruses.
