Cable & Wireless’ Irish Systems Integration division is to resell a new automated switchboard control (ASC) system developed by Belfast-based BlueChip Technologies. The ASC uses voice recognition technology to connect a caller instantly to the correct extension. This allows businesses to reduce incoming call handling costs and cut down lost or queued calls.
