Cisco has awarded BT Ireland four prestigious Partner awards. The awards are an endorsement of BT’s technical expertise and highlight the importance of the relationship between the two companies.The accolades won are Gold Partner of the Year, Borderless Network Partner of the Year, Enterprise Partner of the Year and Services Partner of the Year.
Kim Majerus, general manager of Cisco congratulated BT Ireland by commenting, “we have seen some outstanding work from BT Ireland, with best-practice deployments that have helped our customers get the most out of Cisco technology.”
The BT Services Team has the largest number of Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIEs) in Ireland, the highest level of Cisco certification that can be achieved. BT is Ireland’s largest Cisco partner, as well as in the UK and no. 3 worldwide.
Colm O’Neill, managing director of BT Ireland warmly welcomed the news. He commented that, “our success with Cisco is driven by customers putting in best-in-class IP data networks, the foundation for delivering voice and applications as a service, saving money and increasing efficiency.”
