Avaya, a business communications systems and services specialist, is aiming to attract Nortel resellers to its Avaya business partner programme.

Newly joining partners will be fast-tracked with programmes and incentives to enable them to quickly deliver the firm’s unified communications (UC) and contact centre solutions to small, medium and large businesses anywhere.

The firm’s recently launched Avaya Aura UC architecture simplifies complex communications networks and offers customers “a significant return on its investment”. The firm is also stepping up implementation of a high-touch channel-centric strategy aimed at expanding its business through indirect sales.
