Networking firm Allied Telesyn has formed an alliance with professional services company Qualcom to provide more support to its Irish customers in key retail, education and health markets.
The deal comes under Allied Telesyn’s multi-level network service and support programme, Net.Cover, which is being rolled out across Europe.

Through its Net.Cover program, Allied Telesyn extends its expertise in network design, implementations, professional services, training and technical support to maintain and optimise network operations.
‘By partnering with Qualcom we are able to offer a comprehensive and flexible service to all our Irish customers,’ said Allied Telesyn’s country manager Gavan Smyth. ‘This alliance allows us to guarantee a four-hour response time, whether it is for installation or on-site service requests, from end-users or communications service providers.’

Qualcom Systems provides services for telecommunications networks, including consulting, planning, network installation and maintenance, as well as actual provision of subscriber connections and services.
