ICT Services acquires PCS Group

Purchase accelerates growth in the retail, grocery and hospitality sectors

ICT Services has acquired of in retail technology and cash management solutions provider PCS Group for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition positions ICT Services to deliver a forecasted 25% year-on-year revenue increase with plans to grow its headcount by 20% over the next 12 months, bringing projected turnover to over €30 million.

This move is a significant milestone in ICT’s expansion strategy, enhancing its capability in the fast-moving retail, grocery, and hospitality sectors.
