MicroWarehouse has been acquired by Canadian distributor Sherweb. Financial terms of the deal were not released.

MicroWarehouse will continue to operate as a local business unit in Ireland and general manager Rory Wilson will stay on overseeing the transition.

This acquisition will facilitate the introduction of new products and services, particularly in cyber security, business continuity and AI, which is a key focus for both companies. 

Since 1998, Sherweb employs more than 1,000 delivering value-added services from tech support to cyber security.
