Shuttle X70S

Shuttle will be familiar as makers of no-fuss barebones PCs and the X70S marks its entry into the all-in-one space, powered by Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 processors, supporting up to 16Gb of DDR3 RAM and with plenty of flexibility in the spec department.

The 5.7×46.8×36.4cm chassis of the X70S also has space for a 2.5" drive (either SSD or HDD) as well as expansions via the
Mini-PCIe slot, which can be fitted, for example, with an mSATA module.

It also comes with Wi-Fi, webcam, microphone and stereo speakers, HDMI interface, two USB 3.0 and six USB 2.0 ports and an SD card reader.

HTC One

Could this be the latest HTC smartphone to rule them all? This image leaked on the Internet by @evleaks would suggest so. Originally named the M7, the HTC One pictured here features a 4.7" full HD display and is likely to come with the latest version of the company’s Sense user interface, version 5.0.

The bottom of the rumoured device appears to look slightly angled – a design familiar from the Legend Android phone back in 2010.

HTC will hold a press event in New York on Tuesday 19 February where it is expected to unveil the HTC One. The event is scheduled a few days before the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2013 event in Barcelona, Spain.

Nexus 4 Wireless Charger

Palm introduced us to wireless charging with the touchstone that came with its ill-fated Pre handset. We expected ‘inductive charging’ to kick on from there and become mainstream but it hasn’t quite turned out that way. Now, a full five months after its unveiling, Google Nexus 4 users in the US will have a wireless charger of their very own.

There’s further good news if your a Nokia or HTC Windows Phone 8 smartphone user – they use the same Qi inductive charging standard as the Nexus 4, so they can get in on the action too.

Price: $60
