Laffety Project Management is to use Zutec’s workflow management tool Digital Facilities Guide (DFG) in the development of Dundrum Town Centre.
The project includes the construction of a new shopping centre, together with restaurants, apartments, a cinema, theatre and recreational areas. DFG is a browser-based tool that digitises operations and maintenance manuals and construction drawings, thereby simplifying handover for contractors and subcontractors and making ongoing maintenance easier.
