The next meeting of the Systems Adminstrators’ Guild of Ireland (SAGE-IE) is due to be held on Tuesday September 9th, when Ciarán McCabe of OpenApp will give a talk on Open-source Software in the Enterprise. So far, the plan is to hold the meeting in HEANet in Brooklawn House, Crampton Avenue, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. This is subject to change, however, as the conference room at HEANet holds a maximum of 40 people. If it seems likely that more people will show up, the event will be moved to a larger venue.
Although SAGE-IE meetings are currently open to the general public, those planning to attend — particularly groups — are advised to let the organisers know in advance. More details and information about previous talks are available at www.sage-ie.org.
