Stryve buys US firm that helped broadcast Artemis I mission

Carlow company expects turnover in excess of €10m following deal

Stryve has announced a majority share acquisition of consulting firm Futuralis. The deal positions the Carlow-based company as a global multi-cloud provider with operations in the US, India, South Africa, Morocco, Poland and the UK.

Established in 2011, Futuralis is headquartered in Maryland and employs more than 35 people with teams in Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Washington and Hyderabad, India.

The acquisition, in addition to organic hires of 20 individuals this year, brings the total employed by Stryve to more than 100.

Futuralis is an AWS advanced tier partner bringing impressive credentials and an illustrious client list to the Stryve offer. Amazon.com, Equifax, Nutrien, Zillow, The University of North Carolina, and Emmy award-winning Felix & Paul Studio are among them.

One recent collaboration saw Futuralis help successfully broadcast Nasa’s Artemis I space mission via the AWS Cloud, ensuring a first-of-its-kind immersive experience for audiences worldwide.
