Australian company SiteMinder has announced plans to open a new office in Galway, leading to the creation of 100 jobs with plans to expand further.
One of the top 20 technology pioneers to come out of Australia, SiteMinder develops a cloud computing platform for hotels.
SiteMinder’s products include The Channel Manager, an online distribution platform; TheBookingButton, a branded booking engine for direct bookings via the Web, mobile or social; Canvas, a website creator for independent hoteliers; Prophet, a real-time market intelligence solution; and GDS by SiteMinder, a single-point of entry to a six-figure network of travel agents and global distribution systems.
The project comes one month ahead of SiteMinder’s 10-year milestone, to support the company’s 20,000-strong customer base, and is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation through IDA Ireland.
SiteMinder’s Irish clients include Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel, K Club, Connacht Hotel, and the G Hotel & Spa.
SiteMinder is now recruiting graduate sales representatives to join their accelerated development programme as well as experienced customer training and support analysts.
