Contact centre services firm Sabio is to become a key sponsor of the Irish Call Centre Management Association (CCMA) as part of its continued growth in Ireland.
Sabio will become one of ten industry-leading organisations to sponsor the association, supporting its work in the Irish call centre market to promote and recognise the contact centre management profession. The firm believes that by joining the CCMA, and with the
ongoing implementation of best practice approaches, the Irish call centre industry will be better positioned as an internationally recognised market.
The CCMA aims to provide a forum for knowledge sharing and networking across the call centre industry and, as part of its support for the association, Sabio will host a number of CCMA events and forums over the next 12 months.
Rod Coleman, Sabio Ireland’s regional manager said: ‘The CCMA was recently re-launched with a new management structure – and is now run by Irish contact centre professionals for Irish contact centre professionals.’
