Konversational, Ergo continue partnership with €3m deal
Konversational has signed a €3 million deal with Ergo to implement a customer workflow solution across the managed service provider’s network.
Konversational, a ServiceNow partner, and Ergo originally partnered back in July 2022.
It is also anticipated to generate revenue growth of more than €10 million in the next five years for Ergo, which employs 700 IT professionals across its Dublin headquarters and offices in Cork, Limerick, UK, United States, Colombia, New Zealand and Romania.

Ergo’s manages the IT needs for financial services, pharma, life sciences and public sector organisations in 36 countries across the globe.
