OpenText creates over 100 jobs in Cork

Enterprise information management software company OpenText is to expand its global customer support centre in Cork, leading to the creation of 105 highly skilled roles over the next two years.

The investment is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.

OpenText’s new operation will provide support for its flagship enterprise content management and customer experience management products for global markets.

The Cork operation is one of three global customer support centres for OpenText.

OpenText plans to recruit technical analysts with supporting language skills and senior management roles.

OpenText Corporation was established in 1991 and is headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. It is currently ranked as the number one Canadian software company and is 305th on the Global Fortune 500 list.
