O2 Ireland has become a licensed customer of online marketing company NewWorldIQ. The mobile communications company will use NewWorldIQ’s online marketing solution DialogueIQ as part of its customer relationship management strategy to deliver relevant, personalised communications to its large customer base.

The strategy includes direct marketing initiatives, customer surveys and online campaigns to manage event registration.
