Galway-based Asset Integrity’s Version 3 online maintenance management tool is aimed at small and medium-sized companies.
The software is said to offer a cost-effective way for business owners to maintain equipment and assets of any kind in a legally-demonstrable and responsible manner.
Assetintegrity.com is accessible from Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser (5.0 or later). The software tool includes asset and spares inventory control systems, maintenance scheduling and warranty tracking software applications, all of which are available through a familiar interface.
Asset Integrity users can request maintenance and, if required, have their request authorised by a supervisor, in addition to an automatic e-mailing of the user when the maintenance is completed. The software also incorporates a complete audit trail and complete historical records of all maintenance, breakdown and warranty-covered activities carried out on equipment.
Asset Integrity has various administration settings that allow companies to switch on and off sections of the system. According to each user’s requirements, entire modules can be switched on or off. The system has multiple levels of security, allowing different system access settings for various user groups.
Using technology to store and send data is said to minimise the costs involved with providing insurance companies or the courts with proof of safe and correct asset maintenance.
