Computer Associates have announced 23 new programs that enable customers to manage, secure, preserve and integrate Linux distributed and mainframe implementations across their heterogeneous enterprises.
CA has worked with the Linux community to ensure the full compatibility of its products with all major distributions, including Caldera, Red Hat, SuSE and TurboLinux.
CA supports Linux across several areas, such as enterprise, security and storage management. Data management and application development are also supported, including Advantage Ingres Enterprise Relational Database that ensures the development, deployment, and management of eBusiness applications and data in the Linux-based enterprise.
