‘Inventorium’ will host its first mobile app workshop on 6-7 of September at the Carlton Millrace Hotel, Wexford.

This free workshop is an opportunity for anyone who has ever had a great idea for a mobile app but needs professional support, mentoring and/or capital investment. The workshop is also open to industry experts from the areas of health, education, environment and entertainment, capital investors and graphic innovators.

Mark Kearns, project director at Inventorium, said: “We are encouraging applications from entrepreneurs and innovators with great ideas, graphic and interaction designers, skilled i-apps and Android Developers, mobile service user experts as well as technical experts, and industry professionals”.

Inventorium, an initiative of the National Digital Research Centre, is a three-year European-funded programme of events, activities and interventions, which focuses on digital sector innovation and interregional development between southeast Ireland and Northwest Wales.
