Heavey RF, a provider of advanced technology solutions to the warehouse and logistics sector, is to invest €1 million in a five-year plan announced today.

UNder the plan, the company is to recruit of six new employees, bringing its workforce to 36 people across its offices in Ireland and the UK.

Significant new client wins such as Musgrave, United Drug and the Ardagh Group have contributed to the company’s growth.

“We’re delighted to be in a position of growth and while we remain ever cautious of the market and economy, we are responding to the needs of our clients who themselves are growing and investing in technology solutions,” said sales director Ciaran Levelle (pictured).

Heavey RF’s clients include Glanbia, Musgrave Group, Bulmers, United Drug, Johnston Logistics, BWG Foods and Syncreon Logistics.

In 2015, the company reported turnover of €11 million – a 30% growth on 2015 – and is on target to have revenues in excess of €12 million for 2016.
