Good Food Ireland adds spice to touring guide

Good Food Ireland has entered the smartphone space with a new digitally enhanced food lovers’ guide to Ireland.

On sale now, the guide reveals a range of restaurants, pubs, cafes, hotels and cookery schools.

The guide with the use of QR codes, which can be scanned via a generic mobile app – a selection of which are available in all app stores. Each destination listed has a code beside their contact details and a Google Map.

Managing director Margaret Jeffares said: “We are delighted with our new guide. It is the first time in Ireland where a printed guide can connect people to a digital version on their smartphone.”
