Cork technology firm Fortuity is creating 10 new jobs as a result of significant growth in its cloud, data analytics and security businesses.

Formerly known as Avalon Technologies, the company has recently rebranded to Fortuity to make way for their expansion in size and services.

“While we work with clients of all sizes and across a range of sectors, this company growth is being fueled by the adoption of cloud, security and data analytics services by small and medium-sized enterprises,” said Kevin O’Regan, founder and managing director, Fortuity. “There is no longer a perception that these solutions are just for multinationals, but that small and medium sized businesses can benefit and leverage business opportunities very successfully to punch above their weight in the market.”
