Epson starts at Square One with distribution deal

Epson has appointed Square One Distribution in Ireland to sell its Point of Sale printers, colour label printers and its DiscProducer (disc publishers) in Ireland. The partnership makes Square One Epson’s sole distributor in Ireland for this specialist market.

Square One Distribution, based in Bray near Dublin, will also sell Epson’s latest range of intelligent printers, Epson TM-T88V-i and TM-T70-i, which use Epson’s ePOS print technology.

Adrian Clark, head of sales for business systems, Epson said: "We partnered with Square One as they have the right mix of experience , technical skills and market knowledge to bring our solutions to more organisations and increase our share of the Irish market. We are confident that their committed teams will ensure our customers receive the best possible levels of service"

Garnett Stewart, general manager of Square One said: "This relationship forms part of our long term strategy to grow Squareone’s EPOS division. Our solution-driven approach, together with our group wide relationship with Epson, will be of great benefit in bringing its solution to the Irish market.
