Digital voice recording and voice recognition systems provider, Dictaphone, and Keogh Software have announced full integration between Dictaphone’s speech recognition system, PowerScribe, and Keogh’s Radiology Information System (RIS) system.
The integration of PowerScribe with the Keogh Software RIS will enable users to improve current workflow patterns cost-efficiently. RIS is designed as a totally integrated management information system that follows the natural workflow of the radiology Department, ensuring ease of use for clerical staff, radiographers and radiologists.
PowerScribe is an integrated voice recognition, dictation and medical transcription management system developed specifically to reduce the high cost of radiology reporting.
