Designed for small to medium-sized businesses and retailing from EUR839 and upwards, the Latitude 100L weighs 3.25Kg and can be configured with Intel Celeron or Mobile Intel Pentium 4 processors, 14.1 or 15in displays, 20Gbyte to 60Gbyte hard drives, and CD and DVD burners.
Wireless capability in the form of 802.11g at 54Mbit/sec, is available as an option for an additional EUR50. While backwards compatibility with the oldest and slowest 11Mbit/s 802.11a, a standard is also available for an additional EUR100. The 100L comes with a choice of the Windows XP Home or Windows XP Professional operating systems.
