Exchequer Software’s Exchequer Enterprise 5 offers a fully integrated RCT module (CIS for Northern Ireland and the UK) for the construction and allied industries.
The module for project and job costing is designed to automate the employment and tax deductions of sub-contract labour.
The RCT (CIS) module extends the existing fully integrated job costing process in order to meet the requirements of the relevant contracts tax in Ireland and the UK’s Construction Industry Scheme. This tool can handle electronic RCT returns and has been fully approved by the Revenue Commissioners.
Sub-contractors are issued with RCT certificates (based on C2 and RCT47 card receipt) that depending on the certificate type, entitle the sub-contractor to receive payments from the contractor either gross or net of RCT/CIS tax deductions and VAT where applicable.
Version 5 offers enhanced reporting capabilities including a variety of seamless Excel-based features, as well as the introduction of drill down for all standard reports within enterprise.
