Kaspersky Labs has appointed Chameleon Technology as its Irish distributor. Based in Dublin, Chameleon is a trade only distributor that specialises in providing security products to partners and assisting them in securing and implementing new business.
Though Chameleon will be selling Kaspersky Labs’ entire product range, it is envisaged that Kaspersky Anti-Virus Business Optimal and Kaspersky Anti-Spam will be the main focus. The Anti-Spam product works by using black lists, message sample comparisons and heuristic analysis of incoming messages. The anti-virus product is aimed at SMEs and will protect entire networks.
