BT Ireland has announced it has become Avaya’s first platinum service provider Business Partner in the country, and one of a select number of strategic service provider partners worldwide.
BT Ireland attained Platinum Service Provider Partner status by meeting Avaya’s highest standards in delivering converged communications, measured by levels of business engagement, customer service and professional qualifications. The award recognises BT’s significant and ongoing investment in certification, training and service delivery.
