Anthropic announces 200 new jobs for Dublin

Demand from enterprise customers creates jobs in sales, engineering and finance

Anthropic has announced plans to recruit an 200 employees in engineering, sales, finance, legal and compliance, and operations in Dublin.

The expansion is a response to strong enterprise demand in Europe. Anthropic’s EMEA revenue has grown 11x year-on-year, driven by enterprises, digital-native businesses and startups that are building with Claude. It also reflects Ireland’s growing position as a hub for AI adoption. The IMF recently ranked Ireland first globally for skill readiness, while research from Trinity College Dublin found that enterprise AI adoption has nearly doubled in a single year.

The announcement follows the Irish Government’s own Digital and AI 2030 Strategy, published weeks earlier, which set out Ireland’s ambition to become a global hub for AI and build on the country’s exceptional tech talent base.

Its mission aligns closely with Ireland’s Digital and AI Strategy 2030, which sets out an ambition to strengthen our digital economy, enhance Ireland’s profile as a destination for investment, and grow the country’s reputation as a global hub for applied AI.”

Anthropic boasts more than 300,000 enterprise customers, and eight of the Fortune 10 use Claude.
