Customer communication technology company VoiceSage is to invest over €1 million in a major research and development programme, leading to the creation of 10 jobs in its Dublin office over the next two years. The investment is supported by Enterprise Ireland and the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation.
VoiceSage’s customers include Airtricity, SSE, Argos, Homebase, Littlewoods, Vanquis Bank, QVC and eircom.
Jennifer Condon, Enterprise Ireland head of international services and software, said: "VoiceSage is a leading innovator in customer communication solutions. They have already won an impressive client base and this investment will enable them to expand their business further."
