Dr Rayport will be familiar to you for two reasons; firstly as an author of several books on business and the internet he was the man who coined the phrase “viral marketing” …. He also taught university e-commerce courses which produced a number of start-ups, one of them being Yahoo!

His own company, Marketspace, teaches businesses how to interact with customers on the Internet by using social networks like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube … and he spoke to Niall about how the Internet is changing the face of marketing and how technology is shaping the way we communicate like never before.
