Nokia Lumia 625
Marketed as a low-cost way to get on the Windows Phone trail, the Pumia 625 comes with a variety of coloured shells for effect, but the basic spec is strong as well. A 4.7" WVGA screen at 200ppi is powered by Windows Phone 8, front and rear cameras, 512Mb RAM and 8Gb internal memory expandable to 64Gb by SD card.
The 625 also provides many innovations found in the recently announced flagship Nokia Lumia 1020, such as Smart Camera, offering handy features like removing unwanted objects from pictures, and Cinemagraph, which turns photos into living memories with added movement.

Toshiba Excite Pure
Remember Toshiba’s Folio line of Android slates? You’d be forgiven if you missed them as they never actually made it to market in Ireland. Undaunted, Toshiba is taking another crack at the tablet space with its Excite range.
The 10.1” Excite Pure has Toshiba’s own AutoBrite 1280×800, 16:10 display; NVIDIA Tegra 3 mobile processor with 1Gb RAM; a micro-USB 2 port; micro HDMI connectivity; a micro SD slot; and 1.2MP and 3MP front and rear cameras.
It measures 260.7×178.9×10.2mm, and weighs between 600g and 1.1kg with an optional keyboard cover (shown here).
