TNS Distribution has announced new deals with electronics giant Philips and Klipsch Audio Technologies.
Under the deal with Philips, TNS will distribute the company’s plasma, LCD, CRT and widescreen computers monitors, as well as large panel LCD and plasma displays and a new product known as the Philips Digital Photo Display.
Danny Mulligan, sales director for B2B Philips, said the demand for large panel digital display and signage has brought with it a need to expand and streamline distribution. At the other end of the market, the new Digital Photo Display product represents a “natural” way for the public to show their photos.
“TNS Distribution will significantly broaden our market presence in both segments, as well as in traditional flat panel monitors, by offering us a path into new channels,” he said.
Meanwhile, TNS was selected as the exclusive vendor of Klipsch Audio Technologies’ products in the UK and Ireland.
Klipsch manufacture high quality audio solutions for all sectors and provided the sound systems that supported U2’s recent Vertigo World Tour. The company claims its new iPod speaker system, the Klipsch iGroove, has enjoyed very high sales in the US.
