Take 5 acquires Digital Reach Group

Irish mobile services copmany Digital Reach Group has announced its acquisition by marketing company Take 5 Solutions. The deal, consisting of a cash and equity stake in Take 5, is expected to lead to the creation of 20 news job at DRG’s Dublin office. DRG CEO Colm Grealy will also be joining the Take 5 board of directors.

Grealy said: "The synergies between both businesses are ideal. Combined, we are in an extremely strong position to offer complimentary services to companies in the US looking for highly targeted marketing solutions across multiple channels."

Established in 2009, DRG has two divisions: Digital Reach, which focuses on digital advertising and mobile marketing; and adforce.ie, a a single point of contact for media agencies and brands wishing to buy advertising across a number of the most visited mobile Internet sites and apps in Ireland. Its clients include RTE, Meteor and Vodafone.
