Video technology company Sonru has announced its formal entry into the UK market via a reseller agreement with the UK’s largest network of regional job boards at the HR Directors Summit, held at the ICC in Birmingham.
Sonru has already seen its technology significantly streamline and improve the recruitment process for agencies and blue chip companies in the country and will capitalise on MyJobGroup.co.uk’s network of job boards to offer its tool to recruiters across the UK.
The online automated video tool works by recruiters posting an interview online (specifying the time allowed to read and answer each question) and sending an email invitation to relevant candidates. Using a webcam, candidates answer the questions set, with recruiters then free to review the video responses at their convenience.
