Managed services provider Sleepless Server Solutions Ltd has chosen Nimble Storage for an enterprise storage solution that will allow it to have the flexibility and capacity to support changing needs.
Sleepless required a solution that would enable the business to improve efficiency and serve its existing client base better, with a faster system, greater flexibility and a reliable disaster recovery.
Nimble Storage was approached following a recommendation from a partner company. After reviewing Nimble’s offerings, Sleepless procured a Nimble CS-Series array in January 2014, providing the flexibility and scalability.
The range of business benefits since its implementation include a 300% improvement in performance across the estate; improved customer response; increased operational efficiency; scalability across the whole infrastructure, providing a simple upgrade path for systems and lowered TCO.
The deployment of Nimble’s technology is also helping Sleepless in its wider objective of growing the business and continuing to add new services. As a result of the implementation, Sleepless plans to add at least an additional four services this year, including Nimble Disaster Recovery as-a-Service, which will give it a significant competitive advantage in the market.
