In the frame: Deal puts Mistika centre stage

SGO UK has named creative technology provider Tyrell CCT as an official reseller to help promote its flagship DI post-production system, Mistika.

Under the terms of the agreement, Tyrell CCT will work alongside SGO and will have responsibility in Ireland and the UK for the sale and support of Mistika, an advanced real-time stereo 3D finishing system.

SGO sales director Geoff Mills notes: “This exciting partnership with Tyrell CCT brings valuable expertise and resources to achieve even greater results, while at the same time preserving the company’s key values of personal high-quality service and productivity.”

Tyrell CCT is a well-established reseller representing key brands for the creation, manipulation, management and distribution of digital content.

Mistika is a flexible high-end post production and live on-set system capable of SD, HD, 2K, 4K, and stereoscopic 3D with real-time Red camera and other native data workflows. It seamlessly integrates timeline-based editing, conforming, infinite-layer compositing, colour grading and image restoration all in one complete system with various toolsets working together in the timeline.
