Seven technology entrepreneurs have been shortlisted this year’s Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award, to be held at the Citywest Hotel on 25 October.
The shortlisted entries are: Gary Duffy, CEO of Excelsys Technologies; Niall Harbison of online marketing firm Simply Zesty; Colm Piercy, CEO, Digiweb; Aspen Grove chief executive Sean Ryan; Oxygen8 CEO Shane Leahy; founder of Dubai-based Cobone.com Paul Kenny; and Ronan O’Brien, CEO of e-tailing firm, Zatori Results.
In addition to the announcement of three individual category winners – Emerging, Industry, and International – the overall winner will go forward to represent Ireland at the World Entrepreneur Of The Year finals in Monte Carlo next June to compete against over 55 country winners for the global title.
