The Sales Institute in conjunction with the National College of Ireland, is offering a one-year Level 7 Diploma in National and International Selling. The programme, commencing in September 2014, was designed following consultation with 20 sales directors from Irish companies.
“It is imperative to up skill your key customer facing colleagues as their counterparts are improving their skills all the time,” said Eddie Hynes, head of sales & marketing at Carton Brothers and one of the experts polled for course ideas. “I am seeing an increased confidence in my colleagues who is attending the course as well as a better handle on the process of the sales cycle. Managing their time with their day job was changeling but as the topics were relevant, it has actually made their job easier.”
