Room to grow: A five-year deal gives Sage space, power and connectivity
Sage Software, a provider of business software for small and medium organisations, has selected data centre specialist Interxion to host and centralise its expanding data centre infrastructure at Interxion’s Frankfurt data centre.
Interxion says the five-year co-location agreement will provide ample space, power and connectivity to grow and develop Sage’s portfolio while allowing them to launch flexible and reliable next-generation business management solutions in the future.
The Sage portfolio includes software to manage enterprise resource planning, production, financial accounting, business intelligence, human resource management, customer relationship management, and solutions for specific industries.
Interxion’s Frankfurt facility provides 2N UPS power and N+1 cooling, in addition to advanced local and pan-European monitoring systems. It says it offers significant economies of scale compared to in-house infrastructure, enabling customers to scale to match fluctuating demand.
