Rococo Software has signed an agreement with Ericsson Technology Licensing that will see its standard Java technology being adapted to work with the Ericsson Bluetooth applications for the benefit of mobile devices.
Ericsson Technology Licensing will adapt Rococo Software’s standard Java technology to work with the Ericsson Core Bluetooth Stack and will sell Bluetooth software with the Rococo Java API.
The combination of the two technologies will enable equipment manufacturers to take advantage of Bluetooth in their platform by making the technology accessible through Java, according to Ericsson Technology Licensing.
