Zetalink Mobile Server 3.5 from Equisys allows users instant, real time access to e-mail, customer relationship management and finance applications from Internet-enabled PDAs and mobile phones. The Mobile Server provides secure mobile access to Microsoft Exchange and Outlook e-mail, calendar, contacts and task functions. The latest version of the application supports a number of alternative e-mail and operating systems packages and it also offers improved support for PDAs.
In addition, users can access ACT! and GoldMine while they are on the move, with the Zetalink CRM Connector. Changes can be made to ACT! and GoldMine contact data immediately on the central server so there is no more need to worry about the time delays or cost of synchronising laptops or PDAs.
Similarly, the Zetalink Finance Connector enables users to access Sage Line 50 remotely. It provides instant browsing of key financial data, such as customer invoicing, payment history and contact data. It also allows users to print information so they can have it to hand in hard copy whilst on the move.
