ProStrategy marks 40 years in business with significant expansion plan

ProStrategy has announced plans to double its workforce to 150 over the next five years.

The company – which is marking its 40th year in business – expects its expansion, with offices in Dublin and Cork, to create 75 new jobs by the end of the decade. These roles will be introduced in stages in response to projected increases in demand for services and will span functions including business analysis, software engineering, and solution consultancy across both locations.

Established in 1985, ProStrategy provides business management software solutions to a range of SME and international businesses aimed at improving their enterprise resource planning, customer engagement, data analytics & AI, and overall operational performance.

Sean Hanley, commercial director at ProStrategy, stated: “The dawn of AI agents will bring change to how a typical Irish business operates, making software smarter, more proactive, and far easier to use. Instead of manually updating systems or chasing reports, business leaders can expect AI to handle routine tasks such as data entry and even suggest actions in real time.
