Intermedia, a specialist in business communications solutions and hosted Exchange, has extended its private label reseller programme to the EMEA market. The distributor has over 6,000 private label and affiliate partners worldwide.
Intermedia’s programme enables partners to sell hosted Exchange 2010 and other Intermedia services under their own brand. Sales through Intermedia’s partner programmes grew almost 50% in 2010.
Private label partners enjoy full ownership of the customer, from selling the solution and setting prices, through to managing billing and delivering front-line support.
Intermedia handles the service delivery and infrastructure, providing a proprietary partner portal, service control panel and sales tools that partners can customise according to their own brand.
Intermedia’s SVP, Bob Leibholz, notes: “Our top partners typically combine hosted Exchange sales with their own services, such as desktop support or bandwidth. It’s about giving our partners the tools they need to boost revenue and create loyal customer relationships.”
