OSK chooses IT Force for third year running

IT Force has been selected by accountancy and business consultancy OSK to manage all its internal IT requirements for the third year in succession.

By focusing on mission-critical business requirements, IT Force enables OSK to maximise return on IT investment through managed system stability and sustainability, IT Force said.

The managed support service has also improved end-user productivity by reducing network downtime and boosting system efficiency, the company added.

David Price, partner, OSK said IT Force delivers a proven managed support solution that ensures its systems are properly looked after at all times.

“In addition to remotely monitoring our IT environment, IT Force provides timely help-desk support from its Service Desk and ongoing strategic consultancy recommendations,” he said.

Three years ago, when IT Force was initially engaged by OSK to provide a managed support services, it conducted a Base Line Process or BLP, which it said is an “essential part” of the evaluation process.
