Managed services provider Nostra has recently acquired a majority stake in Voice & Data Solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
The purchase is Nostra’s third acquisition for 2023 and the seventh since the company embarked on an expansion and growth strategy.
Earlier this year Nostra acquired Passax and Definitive Solutions adding an additional €5 million to its annual turnover, which is expected to reach €50 million by the end of 2023.
Voice & Data Solutions was founded in 2010 by Sydney Harman, the company provides managed telecoms solutions to including premium voice and internet products, project management of telecom systems and sourcing ‘best fit’ solutions to meet client budgets. Harman will stay on with the business in order to continue to service clients and will head up the telecoms division at Nostra.

Nostra CEO Kevin O’Loughlin added: “We are working on closing a number of other acquisition deals and also have several job openings available across all departments. The acquisition of Voice & Data Solutions brings Nostra’s total headcount to 280.
Nostra is headquartered in Dublin and has satellite offices in Galway, South Africa and Bulgaria.
