Communications solutions provider MJ Flood Technology has been appointed a business partner for Vertical Communications, a provider of IP-based next generation phone systems and applications. The partnership aims to encourage adoption of IP telephony among SMEs.
Commenting on the accreditation, MJ Flood Technology sales director James Finglas said: “We predict significant market growth for IP telephony in Ireland. While take-up amongst SMEs has been slower than predicted, Vertical Communications’ TeleVantage IP-PBX represents an ideal opportunity to change the perception of IP-based voice as a technology which can only deliver benefits and return on investment for larger enterprises.”
TeleVantage’s ability to integrate with existing PBX technology and handsets protects current investment for budget-conscious organisations. Companies can choose either to migrate to full IP or to run hybrid IP-PBX technology, while still reaping the full benefits of IP. These include enhanced customer contacts and improved employee productivity.

MJ Flood Technology will source Vertical Communications’ range of business phone systems and voice applications from Irish distributor CT3 Europe, which specialises in technology building blocks, solutions and professional services to the computer telephony integration (CTI) and converged communications marketplace.
