The fourth round of the NDRC’s micro-seed investment programme, LaunchPad, is currently open for applications from entrepreneurs in the digital space.
Acting as a primer for the competition, a workshop taking place on 30 June at the NDRC in Dublin 8 will provide potential applicants with a vision of the programme and a chance to meet prevous winners.
The three-month programme will start in September 2011 with the ‘Lift Off’ competition, at which all participating start-ups will pitch their product or service to a panel of investors and successful entrepreneurs, competing for a follow-on investment.
Successful applicants will move in to a dedicated space alongside other start-ups and will get hands-on mentoring; weekly workshops; networking opportunities; and an investment of up to €20,000.
The closing date for entries is 8 July.
