Innovate acquires All About Telecoms

Wexford-based Innovate has acquired telephone services company All About Telecoms.

All About Telecoms, a supplier of Toshiba phone systems, Alcatel Lucent telephone systems and all leading brands of office phone systems brings an established brand and customer base to Innovate’s already growing Cisco-managed Voice over IP solution, Innovate VoiceGrid.

Derek Davis, managing director, All About Telecoms, said: "I am delighted to join forces with Innovate and drive value to our customers with Innovate’s VoiceGrid platform. The decision also means that Innovate will double its staff over the next 12 months.
