Managed services provider HCS has been awarded Fortinet Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) status, alongside the Fortinet Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) designation, further expanding its established Fortinet capability and building on its existing SD-WAN accreditation.
The combined designations enhance HCS’s ability to support organisations modernising secure access for hybrid and cloud-first environments, as networking and security continue to converge into unified, cloud-delivered platforms.
“These designations recognise the depth of experience we’ve built with Fortinet technologies over many years,” said Pamela Farrell, managing director at HCS. “More importantly, they strengthen our ability to help customers simplify secure access, reduce operational complexity, and support modern ways of working without compromising security or performance.”
As enterprises move away from legacy VPNs and fragmented point solutions, SASE has emerged as a strategic framework for delivering secure, consistent access to applications and data regardless of user location. With FortiSASE at the core, HCS helps customers consolidate networking and security into a single platform that unifies policy, visibility, and operations.
HCS’s approach focuses on turning SASE from a high-level strategy into an operational, managed service. This includes enabling secure access for users, devices, and applications anywhere; simplifying policy management through a single policy plane; and embedding zero trust network access (ZTNA) and least-privilege controls by design.
